Tyrese Haliburton Over 30.5 Points + Assists

Indiana’s point guard has been one of the most pleasant surprises of the 2022-2023 season. Averaging 20.6 points and 10.4 assists (31 P+A), Tyrese Haliburton finds himself in a plus-matchup against the Rockets. Not only does this game currently have a 236-point total, but BetQL is projecting the Pacers to score 120.5 points. He will create a massive part of his team’s offensive production, as always.

Houston has allowed opposing point guards to average 24.65 points and an NBA-high 11.03 assists per contest this year and Haliburton leads the entire NBA in assists (10.4) and potential assists (20.2) per game. I’m expecting him to cruise over this 30.5 number tonight, just like he has in four of his five November games.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 31.5 Points

I firmly believe that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a top 10 NBA player right now. The 24 year old is averaging 32.3 points per game (4th in the NBA) and his consistency has been off the charts. In 14 starts this season, he’s gone over 31.5 points in (get this)... 10 different times.

With 37, 37 and 42 points over his last three outings, SGA has been very efficient from the field and has gotten to the free throw line at will, but his usage rate and corresponding shot volume is what makes me very comfortable about placing this bet. He ranks 7th in the NBA in Usage Rate (32.0), has made 35% of his team’s made field goals (5th-best) and will be looking to outplay Ja Morant, who will be looking to make a statement against him.

Draymond Green Over 6.5 Assists 

In 29 minutes against the Suns last game, Draymond Green took three shots. In the three games before that, he made a grand total of five shots. He’s barely looking to score. However, in that four-game set, he racked up 38 assists and got over this 6.5 number three times.

This season, Green has averaged 13.0 potential assists per game, but that number has climbed to 16.3 per contest over his last four starts. There’s a ton of upside for him to get over this number tonight and I wouldn’t be shocked if he gets back into double digits. All he needs is for Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins to make the shots he sets them up for, which will happen sooner rather than later.
