Burdge: What I'm Betting on Friday, June 9

Angels' Shohei Ohtani o7.5 Ks vs. Mariners (-135, DraftKings)

Ohtani has hit this over in three of his last six starts and in seven of his 12 starts this year. He’s on six days' rest here as well, so he has an extra day. When he faced the Mariners in early April, he hit this over with eight strikeouts. And at home he has 51 strikeouts across his six home starts, or 8.5 per game, so I like Ohtani to his this over again tonight.

Dodgers' Mookie Betts HR at Phillies (+425, Caesars)

Betts has three home runs in his last six games, and 16 total this season. This looks like a great spot for him to make it 17 because LHP Ranger Suarez is pitching for the Phillies tonight, and Betts has two career homers off him in six at-bats. Betts can certainly tee off against Suarez and I think he will hit one out against him and the Phillies tonight. 

Rafael Devers o1.5 total bases at Yankees (+140, BetMGM)

If Gerrit Cole doesn’t walk him every at-bat like a scared baby, then Devers has an excellent chance of hitting this over tonight. He owns Cole and in 32 career at-bats against him, Devers has eight hits, including six home runs. So he hits this over on total bases quite a bit against Cole and he has hit this over twice in his last two games so I like him to do it once again tonight.
