3 player prop bets to make for today's 9-game slate

Today we have a 9-game NBA slate with a couple of ESPN matchups as well. We definitely have some options to choose from for our player prop bets. From a purely entertainment standpoint, I'll go with Suns-Bucks as today's marquee game. Milwaukee is favored by 2.5-points and the total is set to 233.

For today’s best NBA bets, player props are a fun way to wager on NBA games even if you don't like a side or total. I like to find matchups that I can exploit or good situations due to injuries.

Let’s dive into a couple of these scenarios now.

Russell Westbrook OVER 24.5 rebounds and assists

Westbrook has been a monster this season and I like the matchup and game script in this one.

RW is averaging 21.7 rebounds and assists this season, but he is averaging 25.2 boards and dimes over his last ten games. He has also gone over this mark in seven of his last eight games.

The Thunder also rank 20th in assists allowed and 27th in rebounds allowed, which makes this bet juicier.

This game also has the second highest total on the board, so there will be plenty of opportunities for Westbrook to get to this number.

Chris Paul OVER 23.5 points and assists

The Suns are having a terrific season and Paul's play is one of the biggest reasons why.

CP3 is averaging 15.6 points per game and 8.7 assists per game on the year, and his assist numbers have gone up to 9.5 per game over his last ten outings.

I like the matchup here, even though on paper the Bucks are a tough opponent. Paul had 28 points and seven assists in his last meeting against Milwaukee, and I see a similar outcome tonight. His dribble penetration and mid-range shots will help him get points and his teammates should find plenty of success in transition and from deep, as the Bucks rank 28th in three-pointers allowed.

This game also has the highest total on the board, so we will see plenty of fireworks on offense.

Domantas Sabonis OVER 11.5 rebounds

High number here, but the Pacers big man is averaging 11.6 rebounds on the season and 13.3 boards over his last seven games.

He gets the perfect matchup tonight against the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs rank 28rd in rebounds allowed, including 29th in defensive rebounds allowed.

Sabonis has gone over this mark in five out of his last six games, so sometimes you just have to ride the hot hand. Let's go!

BetQL Model Play of the Day

BetQL has a 3-star play tonight on the Grizzlies-Nuggets game. The model is liking the Grizzlies at this number. Memphis should be a 6-point dog via the model's projections, which is a 1.5-point difference from the current line. So, there is some value on them tonight.
