Brunson has been on a hot streak lately, making three or more three-pointers in three consecutive games (12-of-18 in that span) and the Knicks PG has also gotten over this 1.5 made threes mark in eight of his last 12 starts. Golden State has allowed an average of 3.3 made threes to opposing point guards (4th-most in NBA) and the Warriors have also surrendered an average of 14.4 total made threes on the road (2nd-most in NBA) this season. I expect him to get over this number based on his recent performance and the matchup.
DeRozan has gotten over this 9.5 rebounds + assists mark in 10 of his last 13 games and I expect this game to stay nice and close throughout, which should get him into the mid-to-high 30s in terms of minutes. In the only previous meeting between these two teams this season, DeRozan recorded nine assists and six rebounds (15 rebounds + assists). I think there’s a ton of value in this prop tonight.
Duren has gotten over this number in six consecutive games and as a starter, he's averaged an insane 13.8 boards in 29.8 minutes per contest. While his offensive game is in development, Duren is a physical specimen with an NBA-ready body and he's shown that off with incredible athleticism as a rim protector and rebound-snatcher so far. I expect his success on the glass to continue against a susceptible Jazz frontcourt tonight.
Brooks is coming off a 32-point, 4-rebound, 1-assist performance against the Thunder last time out and has gotten a lot of usage with Desmond Bane out due to injury. Brooks has taken double-digit shots in 21 consecutive games and just went 6-of-15 from three-point range last game. That’s all to say that he can get over this 24.5 P+R+A number in points alone. Brooks has gotten over this 24.5 mark in eight of his last 11 games, including 27, 25 and 37 in his last three (despite averaging 29.0 minutes per game due to two blowout wins in that span).
