Trends are one of the most popular tools to utilize when betting on sports, and we feature a boatload of them here at BetQL. Every matchup is different, and we have trends based on each matchup and how it could affect the outcome. Our best trends will be listed here for each sport, so our premium subscribers get a glimpse at what specific trends blend with our model's projections. Let's find some winners and cash out large.
Remember, these trends don't take into account how high a line might be priced. Some trends may have a huge moneyline associated with them. In that case, I recommend pairing that team with the trend on them with another, for a small two-team parlay. Most sportsbooks have parlay boosts as well, so you can still get value.

There are just two games in the NHL today, and I thought that maybe we wouldn't have a single trend to give out, but we do have one that could prove valuable. Not only do I like the Rangers in this game against the stumbling Canucks, but so does this trend: Head coach Gerard Gallant is 22-6 SU in the second half of the season against teams allowing at least 2.85 goals per game while coaching New York Rangers.
Gallant's teams have typically dominated these types of squads in the second half of seasons, and since the All-Star break just ended, this trend can finally be active. Vancouver is allowing 3.94 goals per game, one of the highest numbers in the league.

Surprisingly, there's an undefeated betting trend is in this game. I like Monmouth in the game anyway -- why is a 4-20 team just a small +3.5 underdog on the road against a better team? -- and this trend supports that pick: Head coach King Rice is 4-0 SU after having lost 15 or more of the last 20 games while coaching Monmouth. For some reason, Rice has his team playing better after they start off horribly. I guess maybe it just takes time for them to start playing decent basketball, which is fine with us, because it has made us 13.1 units the past four times.

The Philadelphia 76ers will be taking on the Boston Celtics in one of the bigger NBA matchups of the night, and this is two days in a row where we have a first-half NBA trend to share: The Celtics are 36-14 ATS in the first half versus teams outscoring opponents by at least 3.0 points per game over the last two years. The Celtics have been a total wagon when it comes to covering in the first half of games against solid teams. They get off to fast starts quite often, so playing them before halftime has been one of our better trends. We'll ride with them here tonight as well.
