Dan Karpuc: Knicks -4.5 1H vs. Spurs
The Knicks have been dominant vs. the first-half line this season, going 27-11 ATS overall, including 21-6 ATS versus teams that allow their opponents to shoot 46% or better from the field; 23-9 ATS when the first-half total is 111 or higher; and 18-6 ATS against teams that attempt 24 or fewer free throws per contest. This first-half data isn’t limited to just this year, either. Under coach Tom Thibodeau, the Knicks have gone 95-53 ATS against teams that average 23 or more assists per game; 69-36 ATS after a game in which they covered the spread; and 25-9 ATS after a blowout win by 15 or more points.  With this many trends on my side, I’m very comfortable placing this bet today.

Lucy Burdge: Knicks -9 vs. Spurs
After a five-game losing streak, the Knicks have won and covered comfortably in their last two games, pushing them to 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games. Meanwhile, the Spurs just lost by 36 at Brooklyn, dropping them to 6-12 ATS on the road this season. While the Spurs did beat the Knicks recently, the Knicks have more momentum coming into this one, so I like the Knicks to cover here.

Kate Constable: Grizzlies -7.5 at Hornets
After losing four of five games in late December, the Grizzlies have bounced back with three straight wins and seem to be rolling right now. They are also coming off of two days rest and are 6-2 ATS in that situation. The Hornets are a mess right now and are dealing with more injuries. Gordon Hayward is considered doubtful tonight, Cody Martin is questionable and Kelly Oubre is out for the next 4-6 weeks. Charlotte has also been awful at home, going just 5-13 SU and 6-12 ATS. That’s the second-worst home ATS record in the league behind Miami.
