WATCH: Top MLB Player Prop for Tuesday, May 18

The Boston Red Sox and Toronto Blue Jays are set to face off tonight in Dunedin, Florida, of all places. Though it isn’t really home turf for either team, the Blue Jays are the hosts of this one, as Dunedin is their home for now due to COVID restrictions in Canada. 

Eduardo Rodriguez will be on the mound for Boston tonight and I’m taking Under 5.5 strikeouts for him in this start. While Rodriguez is 5-1 this season with 42 strikeouts in seven starts, I’m thinking his start Tuesday night won’t result in high strikeout numbers. 

He has faced the Blue Jays once this season and racked up six strikeouts in that one, but that was in April. In E-Rod’s last three starts, he’s struck out nine, two, and five, respectively, so he’s a little unpredictable lately in this category.
