Real Sociedad, on the other hand, have struggled offensively, rarely scoring more than one goal and repeatedly dropping points. The model sees Atletico with a strong 78.9% chance of winning and awards a five-star recommendation on the moneyline – a clear vote for the home side. With a projected score of 1.82 goals and almost eight expected shots, Atletico offers significantly more attacking threat. Sociedad is only projected to score 0.2 goals and have 0.52 shots on target – practically toothless in attack.
