76ers at Bucks Prediction

In one of the better games of the night, the Philadelphia 76ers (40-22 SU, 36-26 ATS, 35-26 O/U) will be on the road to take on the Milwaukee Bucks (45-17 SU, 35-23-4 ATS, 30-32 O/U) at Fiserv Forum.

Both Philly and Milwaukee are two of the best teams in the Eastern Conference this season, and this should be a great game. Khris Middleton is questionable for this game, listed as day-to-day, but the Bucks have been just fine without him for the most part. The Bucks have won their last five games and four of them by double-digits, they have have been dominating. However, Philly is no pushover. Joel Embiid and company are 1-1 on the season against Milwaukee, and both games have been decided by less than 10. I'll take the points with the 76ers, as I think they can keep it close or even win outright.

Rockets at Spurs Prediction

The Houston Rockets (13-49 SU, 22-36-4 ATS, 30-32 O/U) hit the road to take on the San Antonio Spurs (16-47 SU, 26-37 ATS, 33-28 O/U) for the third time this season.

Who will come out as the better tank in this matchup of the league's worst teams? Both the Rockets and Spurs are doing everything in their power to lose basketball games for a chance to draft Victor Wembanyama, and neither will want to win this game. However, we have two previous games that these teams have played against each other to look at, and perhaps that will give us a bit information about how this one might go. First things first, the Spurs won both the previous matchups, which is almost the difference between these two records. In order to secure the league's best tank, San Antonio must lose this game, as well as their last matchup with Houston.

The Spurs have won two straight, and they know that needs to stop as an organization. A three-game winning streak is unacceptable, especially when it gives your biggest rival this year another loss. I actually will take the Rockets here to get a win, because San Antonio has to know they are much better off losing. The Rockets haven't won in a while and they are "due" for a win.
