Dan Karpuc: Patriots -1.5
I adore notable trends with large sample sizes and this bet is backed by two of them. Under Bill Belichick, the Patriots have gone 39-12 ATS after being outgained by at least 100 total yards in their last game, and 14-2 ATS coming off a home loss of at least 10 points. Since New England is coming off a 24-10 home loss to the Bills in which they were outgained by 113 yards, both of those trends are active. The Patriots are currently on the outside of the playoff picture at 6-6 and need a win to keep pace with the Jets, who are 7-6, so I expect them to be fully prepared to play, especially with the extra day. Per BetQL's 10,000 simulations of this game, if Rhamondre Stevenson rushes for over 68 yards, New England has a 67% chance to win. I expect them to lean heavily on Stevenson in the running game and play their brand of football, controlling the clock and keeping the ball out of Kyler Murray’s hands as much as possible.

Kate Constable: Patriots -1.5
The biggest bright spot for Arizona is quarterback Kyler Murray and his receiving duo of DeAndre Hopkins and Hollywood Brown. But with a banged-up offensive line going up against a strong Patriots defense, I’m not sure how much faith I have in the home team. New England's offense isn’t anything that really wows me, but if Mac Jones can play a solid game, I like the Patriots' chances to cover against a Cardinals defense giving up the second-most points per game this season.

Lucy Burdge: Cardinals +2
The Cardinals are 6-6 ATS this season and the Patriots are 6-5-1 ATS, so oddsmakers have been spot-on with these two all season. But in this spot, I would take the home underdog in the Cardinals, who are coming off a bye week, so the rest might work in their favor. Plus, the Patriots have failed to cover in two straight games, both outright losses. So I like the Cardinals to cover the spread here.

Brad Pinkerton: Kyler Murray & Mac Jones 2+ TD passes each (BetMGM Lion's Boost, +425)
BetMGM's Lion's Boost caught my eye this morning, so I grabbed it early just in case they adjust the odds down. The Cardinals have one of the most generous defenses in the NFL, having allowed seven TD passes in the last two games and multiple TD passes in five of the last six. Meanwhile, the Patriots have allowed multiple TD passes in each of the last two games, getting exposed a little bit against offenses that can actually pass. This parlay is boosted from +320, which is what it also builds to on DraftKings, making +425 incredible value -- and you can only get these boosted odds at BetMGM, so sign up below to take advantage and also get a risk-free first bet up to $1,000!
