Kate Constable: Texas Tech +5.5 at Iowa State
This feels like an opportunity to buy low on Texas Tech and sell high on No. 14 Iowa State. The Cyclones are 3-0 in Big 12 play and are coming off a huge road win over TCU. They’ve shot the ball extremely well lately, knocking down over 50% of their shots from the field in two of their last three games. Meanwhile, the Red Raiders are coming into this game desperate for their first conference win. They haven’t played particularly well offensively over their last three games, but still only lost by a combined 11 points to TCU, Kansas and Oklahoma. The Cyclones are the better team right now, but you can’t count out any team in the Big 12, especially one that’s searching for its first win.

Dan Karpuc: Temple -3.5 at Tulsa
Tulsa (4-10) has gone 1-12-1 ATS to start the year and has failed to cover 11 consecutive times heading into this game. Temple (9-8) has gone a much more respectable 9-7-1 ATS, including 7-3-1 over its last 11 contests. Under coach Aaron McKie, Temple has gone 13-5 ATS coming off a home loss and suffered a nine-point loss to Tulane the last time out, thus activating the trend. Keep an eye on Temple guard Khalif Battle, who ranks second in the AAC in scoring (18.3 points per game) and has scored 20-plus points in eight games already. Tulsa is rated 244th in KenPom’s all-encompassing efficiency ratings, while Temple comes in at 136th, which is the type of gap I love to see. Give me the Owls to win and cover on the road.

Lucy Burdge: Michigan State -1 at Wisconsin
Michigan State is on a six-game winning streak, covering in five of those wins. Meanwhile, Wisconsin has failed to cover the spread in the last four games, and is coming off of a 10-point loss at Illinois. Plus, the Badgers are only 2-5 ATS at home this season, so I think Michigan St. can take down Wisconsin on the road and cover this spread.
