Top NFL Player Props For MNF Week 2

Vikings at Philadelphia Eagles (-2.5)

Vikings RB Dalvin Cook Over 18.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

Dalvin Cook nearly reached this total last week, and I think the Vikings running back can get there this time around. In a big win over Green Bay in Week 1, Cook caught three passes for 18 yards. His amount of targets, though, is encouraging.

Cook was second on the team, rightfully behind only Justin Jefferson, with five targets. Going into the season, Cook was believed to be more integral to this passing game, and that indicates he will be. In a game that will probably be more closely contested, Cook may be targeted even more often with the Vikings potentially passing more.

Tennessee Titans at Buffalo Bills (-10)

Titans WR Robert Woods Under 44.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Last week was not a promising showing for Robert Woods, and Week 2 is unlikely to be any better for the Titans wide receiver. Woods, a former standout with the Rams, caught just one pass for 13 yards to open the season. And that was against the Giants, who have a worse secondary than the one they’re facing Monday.

The Bills forced Matthew Stafford into three interceptions with just one touchdown in Week 1. No Rams wide receiver other than Cooper Kupp tallied more than 25 yards. Woods may not even be the primary option for the Titans. Six of his teammates tallied more receiving yards than he did in Week 1, so I doubt he’ll have more than 40 yards in this game.

Ryan Tannehill Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (+170)

I don’t believe Ryan Tannehill will lead Tennessee to a victory over the Bills. I do believe the game script will be in favor of winning this bet.

The Bills are the most complete team in the NFL. After their thorough win over the Super Bowl champion Rams, thanks in large part because of their speedy pass rush and skilled secondary, Buffalo proved how great it can be.

This bet was chosen more with the thinking that the Bills are going to dominate early and blow out the Titans. Then Tannehill will have time to throw some scoring passes late with the contest already out of hand.
