Chiefs at Eagles

Dan Karpuc: Haason Reddick Over 0.25 Sacks (-175, DraftKings)

After registering 1.5 sacks against the Giants in the divisional round and 2.0 sacks against the 49ers in the NFC championship, Reddick should be a huge part of Philly’s defensive scheme in the Super Bowl. All he has to do to win this prop is register half a sack and after recording 16.0 QB takedowns during the regular season, I am fully expecting Reddick to produce in the biggest game of the year. While K.C.’s offensive line did a nice job protecting Patrick Mahomes all year long, they did allow 3.0 sacks to the Bengals in the AFC championship and this Eagles front is better than Cincinnati’s. I’ll definitely include this in some fun Super Bowl parlays.

Lucy Burdge: Eagles K Jake Elliott o2.5 PATs made (-110, Caesars)

Elliott has been nails when it comes to extra points, having hit this over against both the Giants and the 49ers, with five and four in those games, respectively. I think the Eagles will score multiple touchdowns in this game, so there will be plenty of opportunities for Elliott to attempt extra points and I think there’s a great chance for him to hit this over.

Kate Constable: Frank Clark 1st sack (+800, DraftKings)

Kansas City’s pass rush is going to need to be outstanding if it wants a shot at getting to Jalen Hurts and forcing him into some mistakes. That starts with Chris Jones and Frank Clark. Clark totaled 2.5 sacks against the Jaguars and Bengals, and historically has stepped up big in the postseason. In 11 playoff games since 2019, he has 10.5 sacks and 20 tackles for loss, according to "NFL on Prime." At +800, you’re getting great value for a player who has proved he's more than capable of putting Hurts on his back for the first sack of the game.

Brad Pinkerton: Defensive lineman (+3000) or linebacker (+3000) wins Super Bowl MVP (BetMGM)

Wouldn't it be ironic for a defensive player to win Super Bowl MVP in a matchup of two elite offenses? There are game-changing playmakers on both sides, so it could definitely happen. So, I'll combine Dan's and Kate's plays above to take a couple of longshots: a defensive lineman (including K.C.'s Clark and Chris Jones) to win Super Bowl MVP (+3000) and a linebacker (specifically, Reddick) to win Super Bowl MVP (+3000). If you'd like to take a few even longer shots, their individual odds at BetMGM are Clark +12500, Jones +5000 and Reddick +3000, but give me the position grouping so we don't have to pick a specific player or even team.
