Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs (-3.5, 54)

With Patrick Mahomes having officially cleared concussion protocol and being good to go for Sunday's AFC title game against the Bills, one might think I'd be excited to bet the Chiefs.

Wrong!

I'm even more excited to bet Buffalo -- because now I'll get a better number.

With the Bills now more than a three-point underdog, betting them becomes easy. I am not especially interested at +3, but +3.5? Giddy up!

While Mahomes cleared concussion protocol -- which is awesome, for many different reasons, most importantly, of course, his health -- there's still the toe injury that had him hobbled in Sunday's divisional round win over the Browns. Is he going to have his game-changing mobility? I'd guess no, and that is a big deal.

I just think the Bills are a better team. A full-strength Mahomes is the great equalizer, but I don't believe we'll see Mahomes at full strength. And with Josh Allen on the other side going up against by far the worst defense he'll have seen this postseason (compared to Indianapolis and Baltimore), I expect the Bills to dictate the terms of the game.
