Dan Karpuc: Over 22.5 Points (1H)
On one end, we have the undefeated Eagles (7-0) and on the other, we have the struggling Texans (1-5-1). Since Philly is already favored by more than two touchdowns at the time of this writing, I’m not touching them, especially since they’re on the road. This has a backdoor cover written all over it, doesn’t it? Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I do love hitting the over for the first-half total because I think the Eagles are going to go over it by themselves. After all, Philadelphia averages an NFL-best 21.0 first-half points per contest, as Jalen Hurts and Co. can put up points in a hurry. As we’ve seen multiple times already this season, it’s a dangerous game to completely dismiss a team of NFL-caliber players who play with pride, so don’t be shocked if Houston comes out and performs at home -- I just think this first-half number is too low.

Lucy Burdge: Eagles -14
The Eagles come into this Thursday Night Football game with a perfect 7-0 record SU and a 5-2 ATS record, while the Texans are at the other end of the spectrum at 1-5-1 SU and 3-3-1 ATS. Houston has failed to cover the spread in their last two games and I don’t even see them finding success in covering this huge spread against the Eagles. Nick Sirianni is 13-1 ATS as a favorite over his career and 7-1 ATS after gaining 400 or more total yards in the previous game while coaching Philadelphia. Plus, Philadelphia (28.0 ppg) is averaging considerably more points per game than the Texans (16.6), so I like the Eagles to get a blowout win and cover this spread.

Brad Pinkerton: Eagles Over 14.5 1H Team Total (-105 on FanDuel & BetMGM)

I'm struggling to find value anywhere on the board in this game with the Eagles favored by two touchdowns in what should be a blowout. One of the few lines that hasn't been completely juiced into oblivion is Philly to score over 14.5 in the first half at -105. It's not hard to project the Eagles to have at least 17-21 points by halftime (BetQL projects 15.5 points for Philadelphia), making this one of the least-risky bets you can make to get near even-money in this game.

The only other game/team props I'm considering Thursday night are the Eagles to score on their first offensive drive (-105 on DraftKings); any offensive score on first drive (+150 on DraftKings); and the Texans to score first (+175 on DraftKings), which isn't all that crazy if you think about it. And, if you like that last one, Texans to score first and lose (+255 on DraftKings) looks pretty smart, too.
