Dan Karpuc: Giants -1
Under Mike McCarthy, the Cowboys have gone 1-10 ATS in games where their line is +3 to -3. As one-point underdogs in this matchup, this trend is active (and very significant). With Cooper Rush under center, Michael Gallup questionable to make his season debut and Dalton Schultz a game-time decision, I don’t trust this Cowboys offense, especially behind a below-average offensive line and underperforming backfield. The Giants have covered the spread in both of their wins and Brian Daboll has made an instant impact as a confident decision-maker. I do not expect a lot of points to be scored in this matchup, but I like what the Giants are doing with Daniel Jones’ conservative passing (70.9% completion rate, 1 INT) and Saquon Barkley’s workload (39 carries for 236 rushing yards, TD, 9 receptions for 46 yards). Plus, I trust Daboll already more in his third game as a head coach than I do in McCarthy’s 240th.

Lucy Burdge: Giants -1
The Giants have been impressive so far this season, they are 2-0 straight up and ATS, while the Cowboys are 1-1 SU and ATS, so I think the Giants can make it 3-0 ATS in this Monday Night Football matchup. Plus, the Giants are averaging 20 points scored per game, while the Cowboys are averaging a league-low 11.5 points per game, so I like the Giants to handle this spread tonight.

Brad Pinkerton: Under 39.5
I'm still trying to rinse that 49ers-Broncos SNF game out of my eyeballs and, unfortunately, I don't think this MNF matchup is going to help. These teams are a combined 0-4 O/U to start the season thanks in part to decent defenses and underwhelming offenses. In fact, only one of the four games played by these teams so far has eclipsed this total (the Giants' 21-20 win at Tennessee in Week 1). With each team allowing just 18.0 points per game and combining to average fewer than 16 points scored per contest, I'm expecting another grinding, low-scoring game tonight.
