The Buffalo Bills lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1 in a shaky start for Buffalo. Josh Allen’s MVP odds are on the move as a result, and not in a good direction.
Let’s take a look at how the Bills quarterback’s MVP odds have changed since opening at BetMGM.

Ahead of Buffalo’s season opener against the Steelers, Allen’s MVP odds were +1400. After the loss, his odds moved to +1600.
The Bills fell to the Steelers 23-16 on Sunday and Allen knows the team needs to play better.
“Early on, just being maybe a little too aggressive instead of finding some easier things, some easier throws,” Allen told the media after that game. “Missing Emmanuel (Sanders) on the deep throw, obviously that’s one I want back. When a defense like this gives us that opportunity, you got to execute and make those plays happen.”
The MVP odds for Aaron Rodgers also got longer, moving from +1100 to +1800, after the Green Bay Packers lost an abysmal game, 38-3, to the New Orleans Saints in Week 1.

The Bills look to bounce back from this loss against the Miami Dolphins in Week 2 on Sunday. The Dolphins are coming off a win over the New England Patriots, but the Bills are 3.5-point favorites in this matchup. Perhaps a win for Buffalo will lead to a bounce for Allen's MVP odds.
