Should Caleb Williams go back-to-back as a Heisman Trophy winner at those +400 odds, he'll become the second player ever to do it along with Ohio State running back Archie Griffin. And there is value in the USC quarterback to do just that.

But don't count out Michael Penix Jr. to take the award next season. He finished this year with 4,641 passing yards and finished second in the Pac-12 with 31 touchdowns. If he improves this season with Washington he could very well find himself right in the Heisman conversation.

Drake Maye is also one to watch on this list at +1000. The UNC quarterback made it very clear on Twitter he isn't going anywhere and he finished last season with 4,115 yards, 35 touchdowns and only seven interceptions. He could also be right in the Heisman talks should he get even better this upcoming year.
