College Football Parlay Pick For Week 4

PARLAY: BYU +9.5 / Washington -21 / Ole Miss-Alabama u57
BOOK: BetMGM with College Football Parlay Insurance!
ORIGINAL ODDS: +611
POTENTIAL PAYOUT ON $25 BET: $177.75

BetMGM is offering a college football parlay insurance token (get your stake back up to $25 if it loses) this weekend, so we're going to put that to good use on the parlay below. These picks parlayed together at BetMGM have +611 odds, so we'll stand to win a little over $150 if this hits, or at least get our $25 back if it loses.

Let's get into the parlay picks:

CFB PARLAY LEG 1: BYU +9.5

BYU has beaten Sam Houston 14-0, Southern Utah 41-16 and then went to Arkansas and earned an awesome 38-31 victory. Former USC and Pitt starter Kedon Slovis has accounted for nine touchdowns (six passing, three rushing) with just one interception so far, and I have more question marks about Kansas’ ability to cover since they beat Missouri State 48-17, Illinois 34-23 and got by winless Nevada 31-24 last week. I can see this being another high-scoring affair, but I think BYU will keep it close.  -- Dan Karpuc

CFB PARLAY LEG 2: Washington -21.5

How good is Michael Penix Jr.?! That’s a rhetorical question because he’s really, really good. He’s thrown for over 400 yards and at least three touchdowns in all three games thus far, tallying 12 total TDs to just one interception. The Huskies lead the country in passing yards per game by nearly 100 yards, thanks thanks to Penix absolutely dissecting defenses.

That said, Cal is ranked No. 7 in the country in opponents passing yards per game. And while that looks great on paper, the passing offenses the Golden Bears have faced aren’t anything to write home about. Last season, Cal allowed 282.9 yards through the air and I expect that to look more like the norm for that team going forward. Cal has also relied a ton on its run game and stopping the run is a major strength of the Huskies defense. This is going to be a lopsided affair. -- Kate Constable

CFB PARLAY LEG 3: Ole Miss-Alabama u56.5

this number is a tad high given that most books are at 56.5, with FanDuel already jumping down to 55.5. I wouldn't be surprised to see that number move even lower by kickoff. Plus, I'm not going to trust Alabama to hit any overs until they get their QB situation figured out, and even then, this team could keep printing us money on the under until the books adjust accordingly. -- Brad Pinkerton

How To Bet On College Football Parlays

To bet on college football parlays, follow these steps:

Research: Gather information about the teams, including their performance, statistics, injuries, and recent form. This will help you make informed decisions when selecting teams for your parlay.

Choose the games: Select the college football games you want to include in your parlay. You can choose two or more games, but keep in mind that the more games you add, the higher the risk.

Determine the bet type: Decide whether you want to bet on the point spread, moneyline, or over/under (total points). Each game in your parlay can have a different bet type, but ensure you understand the rules and odds for each.

Calculate potential payouts: Calculate the potential payout for your parlay by multiplying the odds for each game. Parlay odds are typically higher than individual bets since all selections must win for the parlay to be successful.

Place your bet: Visit a sportsbook or use an online betting platform to place your parlay bet. Enter the amount you want to wager and review the final potential payout before confirming the bet.

Monitor the games: Follow the progress of the games in your parlay. Remember, for your parlay to win, all of your selections must be correct. Even if one selection loses, the entire parlay bet will be unsuccessful.

Cash out or roll over: If your parlay is successful, you can choose to cash out your winnings or use them to place future bets. If your parlay is unsuccessful, analyze your selections and refine your strategy for future bets.

Remember that parlays can be more challenging to win due to the increased number of selections required for success. It's important to exercise caution, manage your bankroll wisely, and thoroughly analyze each game before including it in your parlay.
