NBA: Wizards +270 (DraftKings) at Bucks

We'll start things off today with an NBA underdog to consider for tonight. We really don't have much to choose from, as there are only three games, but this is the one I feel might have the most value. Milwaukee looks like it will be without Khris Middleton, while Jrue Holiday and Giannis Antetokounmpo are probable. Washington might be without Bradley Beal, who is their best player, but the Wizards still have a very well-rounded team. Their problem is that they don't have enough star power to compete with the big boys when they take them on full strength.

The line in this game hasn't moved a ton, but it did move from Bucks -8 to -7.5 at the time of this writing. That means some money has come in on the Wizards, but 76% of the ML bets in this one are on the Bucks. On top of that, 57% of spread bets are on Milwaukee as well. All these bets on the Bucks, yet the line moved toward Washington slightly.

NCAAB: Fresno State +168 (FanDuel) vs. No. 21 New Mexico

We'll shift things now over to the college ranks, where the Fresno State Bulldogs will be at home taking on the No. 21-ranked New Mexico Lobos. First of all, just look at this line and tell me that there isn't something fishy going on here. New Mexico is ranked No. 21, undefeated at 14-0, and is just a 3.5-point favorite against a 5-8 Fresno State team? Really? That makes absolutely zero sense, and even more convincing is the fact that this line has only shortened since the open; New Mexico opened -5, and that line has since been bet down to -3.5 and is continuing to drop.

That means there is significant money coming in on the Bulldogs, and it hasn't reached the boiling point quite yet. Take the points if you want to feel safer, but I think there is a good chance that we can get the outright win here.

NHL: Coyotes +285 (Caesars) at Panthers

From the hardwood to the ice we go, and there are some exciting hockey games today. I'll admit, I mostly like the chalk today in the NHL, but this is one game where I just can't pass up the number. I'd like for someone to tell me what the Panthers have done this season to be -345 favorites against anyone in a hockey game. They have been brutal, and it keeps looking more and more like I was wrong about their turnaround. It's crazy that a team this talented simply can't win games, but they are getting blown out in a lot of cases. In fact, all of their last four losses were by more than a goal. They have lost four of their last five games as well.

Arizona is terrible, yes, but they are just five points behind the Panthers and have won three of their last five games. At +285, there's definitely some value, so why not put a little bit down on it?
