Duke at Miami Prediction

Duke is fresh off a massive win over UNC on Saturday. Against its biggest rival, the Blue Devils came up big on the boards and showed the type of team they’re able to be if they can rebound and play defense consistently. They’ll have the rebounding advantage again tonight against a Miami team that isn’t great in that category. However, the Hurricanes have a much better backcourt than Duke with Isaiah Wong, Jordan Miller and Nigel Pack. Those three make up one of the best back courts in the country and with their speed they should be able to generate enough offense to cover this number. Plus, Duke hasn’t been very good on the road, going just 2-4 in ACC play. Coming off an emotional win, I worry this is going to be a letdown spot for the Blue Devils.

My pick: Miami -2.5

Texas at Kansas Prediction

Kansas is back home after getting blown out at Iowa State on Saturday. The Jayhawks could really use a bounce-back win tonight, but I'm not sure they're going to get it. Texas is playing better than Kansas right now after rallying from behind to beat Kansas State on the road on Saturday. The Longhorns got big contributions from their bench with both Sir'Jabari Rice and Christian Bishop finishing with 14 points. The same can't be said for Kansas, which has really struggled to shoot lately with Jalen Wilson being the team's only player to score in double figures against Iowa State. As good as Wilson is, he needs help from the likes of Grady Dick, KJ Adams and Kevin McCullar, yet those players haven't stepped up on offense lately. Kansas also hasn't been great at covering the spread this season, going just 9-14 ATS overall and 3-3 ATS at home.

My Pick: Texas +4

Green Bay at Milwaukee Prediction

Green Bay is so bad that I think I might just fade them for the rest of the season. The Phoenix are the second-worst team in college basketball, according to KenPom, and have lost 14 straight. Their most recent loss came by 15 points to IUPUI. Yes, you read that right. IUPUI is the fourth-worst team in the country and still beat them by 15. Now you're telling me that Green Bay is going to stay within 17 points of a 16-7 Milwaukee team on the road? Fat chance. Green Bay hasn't covered once in its last seven games and that's not going to change tonight.

My Pick: Milwaukee -17
