The public is backing Towson tonight in a battle with Hofstra as an underdog. As I said earlier, the public rarely backs an underdog, unless there is something fishy going on.

As of this writing, 60% of all the bets in this game are on the Tigers to cover at +3. However, the line is starting to move the other way, toward Hofstra, as it is at -3.5 at many books now and even a bit juiced at -115 some places. You know the money is going in on them, and fading the public here seems like a smart move. I'll take Hofstra to get the job done at home against Towson.
