Now back at full health and playing starter’s minutes (30+ in three of his last four), Robert Williams III is in a great spot to get over 8.5 rebounds tonight, just like he’s done in five of his last eight contests. The Pistons have allowed 16.3 rebounds per game to opposing centers (2nd-most in the NBA) and have also gotten killed on the defensive glass. Detroit has allowed the 5th-highest offensive rebounding percentage (25.9%) and has also shot just 51.5% from two-point range (2nd-worst). Why does that matter? Two-point shots typically create better rebounding opportunities for centers like Williams, who spend most of their time defending the rim, than three-point shots do. Boston’s center has averaged 15.1 rebounding chances per game over his last eight contests and has averaged 9.0 per game in that span. This is my favorite NBA player prop of the day by a huge margin.

Kansas vs. Texas Prop Picks Tonight

Jalen Wilson Over 2.5 Made Threes -105 at DraftKings

Averaging 21.5 points per game, Kansas’ star forward has been very active from long range. The volume should be there in this matchup against Texas; he’s taken double-digit threes twice this year, has chucked up 17 threes in his last two contests and has taken over six threes in 18 of 23 starts. Wilson has gotten over this 2.5 made threes mark in five of his last six games against ranked opponents.

Stars vs. Ducks Player Prop Picks Tonight

Jason Robertson Over 3.5 Shots On Goal -118 at FanDuel

Another day, another opportunity to bet against the Ducks. Anaheim has allowed 38.84 shots against per game, the most in the NHL by a wide margin. For context, only nine teams average over 31 shots on goal and the next-highest is 35.04. Jason Robertson was an NHL All-Star with 33 goals (4th-best in the league), leads the Stars with 199 shots on goal (next highest: 129) and ripped off seven shots en route to a hat trick against the Ducks on December 1. Not factoring in the best-possible matchup, Robertson has gone over 3.5 shots on goal in six of his last 10 games, so he’s no stranger to this outcome.
