Bucks vs. Heat Player Prop Picks Tonight

Jrue Holiday Over 28.5 Points + Assists (-110, DraftKings)

With Giannis Antetokounmpo slated to miss tonight’s game against the Heat, I expect Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton to eat up a ton of usage on the offensive end for the Bucks. Per RotoGrinders’ free Court IQ tool, Holiday has had a 31.6% usage rate in 642.3 minutes without Giannis on the court and scored 0.7 points per minute while dishing out 0.25 assists per minute. If he plays 36 minutes on Friday, he’d rack up 25.2 points and 9.0 assists with an average performance (34.2 points + assists). 

Khris Middleton Over 23.5 Points + Assists (-105, DraftKings)

Due to his minutes restriction, Middleton has been more difficult to project, but after the All-Star break, I expect him to re-approach the 30 minute mark (he’s been in the mid-20s). Nonetheless, his numbers without Giannis involved are crazy. Sporting a team-high 37.4% usage rate in 142.2 minutes, the talented wing has racked up 0.84 points per minute and 0.17 assists per minute. If he logs 30 minutes, that would mean an average performance would look like 25.2 points and 5.1 assists (30.3 points + assists). 

Overall, I expect both of these guys to fill up the box score against the Heat and also like other combinations of their statistics as well… just not as much as their points + assists props.
