Dan Karpuc: Guardians-Yankees Under 7.5
Three of the four games in this series have finished under the total and if it wasn’t for a three-run, ninth-inning rally by the Guardians in Game 3, all four would have. In the winner-take-all Game 5 on Monday night, both teams will have a very short leash on their starting pitchers. Cleveland won’t waste any time pulling Aaron Civale if he struggles in his first start of the postseason, while New York while the same deal will go for Taillon, who took the loss in the 10th inning of Game 2 as a reliever. Both of these bullpens were very effective during the regular season (both ranked in the top five in bullpen ERA) and Cleveland’s in particular has been incredible in this series. I can see both managers mixing and matching much more than usual and even throwing their late-game arms in earlier than expected if the situation calls for it. I’m not touching a side in this game, so this is clearly the side of the total that is jumping out to me.

Lucy Burdge: Yankees ML -150 vs. Guardians
As much as I hate to say it, I think the Yankees will beat the Guardians in this winner-take-all ALDS Game 5. They have the advantage of being at home and facing Guardians starter Aaron Civale, who gave up 10 runs on 12 hits, including three home runs, in two starts (nine innings) against the Yankees this season. And Jameson Taillon was 14-5 with one of those wins coming over Cleveland. If the Yankees’ bats can heat up early tonight, I think they can take down the Guardians and move on to the ALCS to face Houston.

Brad Pinkerton: Stepped-Up SGP (+400 at DraftKings)
