The 138th Wimbledon Championship will take place this year from June 30th - July 13th. Before the first serve, you can add a layer of excitement to the oldest Grand Slam Tournament by picking who you think will win it all. Our ATP and WTA experts are back to break down all the top picks as well as some serious longshots that you may want to consider when making your Wimbledon picks this year.
Unsurprisingly, the 22 year-old from Spain, Carlos Alcaraz (+145) is the Vegas favourite to win this year’s Men’s Championship. He’s won Wimbledon the last 2 years (beating Djokovic both times), is currently ranked #2 in the world and already won 5 Grand Slam Tournament titles. Can he become only the fourth man to win at Wimbledon three years in a row?
Currently rated #1 in the world, the Italian Jannik Sinner (+155) is a 3 time Grand Slam Tournament winner (Australian Open x2, US Open). Despite his recent dominance and being named 2024’s ATP Player of the Year, Sinner hasn’t had much luck on the grass courts of Wimbledon, as he has yet to reach the finals in London. Could this be the year he finally breaks out and moves one step closer to the elusive career Grand Slam?
Savvy bettors might want to have a look at the line for Novak Djokovic (+650). While it’s true he hasn’t won a Grand Slam Tournament since 2023, he has won or reached the finals at Wimbledon every year since 2018. Djokovic is looking for his 25th grand slam tournament title and revenge after losing in the finals in 2023 and 2024 to Carlos Alcaraz, and despite his age he’s a solid bet to win it all on the grass courts.

On the women’s side, Aryna Sabalenka (+250) is the clear favorite. She’s the current world #1, 3x Grand Slam Tournament winner (Australian Open x2, US Open), but much like Men’s #1 ranked Jannik Sinner, she has yet to reach the finals at Wimbledon. Her powerful serve and aggressive playing style have led her to 20 WTA singles titles, this could be the year the 27 year-old raises the Rosewater Dish.
Currently ranked #11 in the world, Elena Rybakina (+550) is a former Wimbledon winner (2022) and one of the favorites to win this year. She’s getting much better odds than both of last year’s Wimbledon finalists, Barbora Krejcikovan (+5000) and Jasmine Paolini (+2600). Apparently the Vegas oddsmakers think her serve and baseline playing style are enough for her to beat out the competition in London.
At just 21 years old, Coco Gauff (+550) is currently ranked #2 in the world. Coming off this year’s French Open where she defeated Sabalenka to claim her second grand slam tournament title, Coco will be looking to use that momentum in London. Gauff is considered to be more of a hard and clay court specialist and hasn’t had the best of luck at Wimbledon. Her aggressive play style and speed only helped her make it to the 4th round last year.
Those who love a comeback story might want to take a look at Marketa Vondrousova (+7500). She recently returned from a shoulder injury at the French Open, making it through to the third round. While the odds have her as a real longshot, Marketa is a former Wimbledon winner and has shown she has the potential to shock the tennis world on the grass courts of London.
