Yesterday was one of the best days we have ever had here on the NHL Playbook. We completely swept the board, and the best part about that was that every bet was at huge plus-money. We had the Blue Jackets taking down the Sabres at +180, the Kraken on the puck line -1.5 against the Blues for +165, and our massive BetMGM OGP hit all four legs for a +575 payout. To conclude, you were up 9.2 units in just one day if you played yesterday!
BetQL and I will have you covered for the second half of the season, and you had better believe that we are going to sniff out some value every single one of those days!

Tonight features two prime-time national television games on Wednesday Night Rivalry, and we have you covered on both. Up first, the New York Rangers are traveling to take on the Philadelphia Flyers. These are two teams have actually both been struggling recently, with both losing four of their last five games. New York just traded for legendary winger Patrick Kane from the Blackhawks, but he won't be active for this game. Still, I think it could motivate them a bit here. The Rangers are scoring 3.30 goals per game and allowing 2.77. They are outshooting their opponents on average 32.1 to 29.1 each night.
The Flyers don't have any reinforcements coming. This is a bad hockey team that has done better than it should be. Philly is scoring just 2.62 goals per game while allowing 3.30. The Flyers are also being outshot by their opponents 29.3 to 31.3 on average. It isn't likely to get better this season.
MY PICK: Rangers -1.5 (+120, Bet365). I think this is a mismatch here, as the Flyers have a negative goal and shot differential, while New York is pushing for a championship. I think the Kane trade will motivate the team to play some inspired hockey before he arrives. The second game of the night features a much better matchup, in my opinion, when the Carolina Hurricanes travel to take on the Las Vegas Golden Knights. These are two of the better teams in the league, and it should be a pretty epic battle between two top conference foes. The Hurricanes are really, really good. They are scoring 3.36 goals per game while allowing just 2.55. Carolina is also outshooting opponents by a whopping 35.2 to 26.4 margin on average, one of the best shot differentials in the NHL.
The Golden Knights are also sitting at the top of their conference, and have been having another great season. Vegas is scoring 3.15 goals per game and allowing 2.77. The Knights are also outshooting their opponents 32.8 to 30.4 on average. But they have lost three of their last four and just got shutout by the Avalanche. You better believe they will want to play well tonight, and at home, they have been fantastic.
MY PICK: Golden Knights ML (+125, PointsBet). I feel like Vegas is going to come out and play very well after being shut out in the last game. Carolina is extremely good, but the Golden Knights are as well, and they are getting plus-money at home. I just think they are the better value here. You can get them at +125 at PointsBet, so check out their welcome offer below and let's get a win in Sin City tonight.
