NFL Wild Card Weekend Anytime Touchdown Picks

Top bets for anytime touchdown scorers across all six Wild Card games, featuring odds and insights for Ladd McConkey, Isaiah Likely, Marvin Mims, and more.

If the over/under totals for Wild Card Weekend are any indication, there could be a lot of points scored this weekend. All six games have an over/under of more than 40 points with four of the games having an over/under greater than 45 points. What players will be putting all of these points on the board? Let’s share the best anytime touchdown bet for all six Wild Card games with odds from BetMGM.

Chargers WR Ladd McConkey vs. Texans (+135)

The Texans conceded the third-most passing touchdowns during the regular season, so it’s not hard to envision Justin Herbert throwing at least two or three touchdown passes against them. In theory, any member of the Chargers is a good anytime touchdown bet. However, many of the team’s playmakers are battling injuries. McConkey is one of the few who isn’t listed as questionable, so he’s the safest pick. The rookie is just two weeks removed from a two-touchdown game against the Patriots, giving him three touchdowns over the last four weeks. If nothing else, McConkey is going to get plenty of targets in this game, increasing his chances of finding the end zone.

Ravens TE Isaiah Likely vs. Steelers (+275)

The Pittsburgh defense will be hoping to force the Ravens into long drives, which will force them to execute in the red zone. That means Lamar Jackson will likely look toward his tight ends. Obviously, Mark Andrews is a safer touchdown bet because he led the team with 11 during the regular season and has scored in six straight games. But Likely offers a lot more value. He scored six touchdowns during the regular season, including three since the start of December. Likely is a big target with reliable hands, so Jackson can trust him in the red zone. Plus, the Steelers were among the most vulnerable teams in the NFL at giving up touchdowns to opposing tight ends this season, so both Andrews and Likely are excellent anytime touchdown targets.

Broncos WR Marvin Mims vs. Bills (+300)

Even after scoring two touchdowns in each of his last two games, Mims has +300 odds to score this weekend. Granted, he only has six touchdowns on the season, but the Broncos didn’t make him a prominent part of the offense until late in the season. While Courtland Sutton is still the main target in the red zone for Bo Nix, the Broncos are going to make an effort to get Mims involved and hope he can get behind the defense for a long touchdown. With these odds, why not bet on Mims to continue his late-season scoring surge? Keep in mind that Buffalo gave up 28 passing touchdowns this season. That ranks third-most among playoff teams, so the Bills have some vulnerabilities on the back end of their defense that a speedster like Mims can exploit.

Packers WR Jayden Reed vs. Eagles (+250)

While Josh Jacobs seems like a safe pick, the Eagles gave up just nine rushing touchdowns all season. That was the second-fewest in the NFL. The Packers are also stingy against the run, so there just isn’t much value with Saquon Barkley unless you want to bet on him scoring multiple touchdowns. Therefore, it’s best to target wide receivers for anytime touchdown bets in the Eagles-Packers game. With Christian Watson out, Reed becomes a player to focus more when Green Bay has the ball. While his usage waned at times during the season, the Packers should try to make him a big part of the game plan, especially after he had 138 yards on four catches with a touchdown against the Eagles in Week 1. He’s Green Bay’s best option to win a one-on-one matchup in the red zone, giving Reed a chance to have a big game and get into the end zone.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin vs. Buccaneers (+120)

McLaurin might be the safest anytime touchdown bet of any player with plus odds this weekend. He caught 13 touchdown passes during the regular season, totaling nearly half of Washington’s touchdowns through the air. With four multi-touchdown games this season, McLaurin scoring multiple touchdowns on Sunday isn’t a bad bet either. He scored seven touchdowns over his final six games of the season and has undeniable chemistry with Jayden Daniels. Plus, the Bucs have a banged-up secondary that wasn’t particularly reliable during the season, giving up 27 passing touchdowns in 17 games. Daniels is a good bet to have multiple touchdown passes in this game with McLaurin being a safe bet to score at least one of them.

Vikings WR Jordan Addison vs. Rams (+145)

Only four teams gave up more passing touchdowns than the Rams during the regular season. That should be good news for Sam Darnold, who finished the season with 35 touchdown passes despite a brutal Week 18 performance. Justin Jefferson would be the obvious target, although Addison has far more valuable odds as a touchdown scorer, especially since Jefferson only scored one more touchdown than Addison during the regular season. Keep in mind that Addison played in two fewer games and had 40 fewer catches than Jefferson. That means Addison was a lot more efficient when it came to getting in the end zone. He also scored five touchdowns in his last five games of the season, making him a valuable anytime touchdown bet on Monday night.
