Dan Karpuc: Ravens -0.5 1H
Under John Harbaugh, the Ravens have gone 41-16 against the first-half spread versus non-conference opponents, and judging by Tampa Bay’s shocking Week 7 loss to the lowly Panthers, I’m all-in on Baltimore to be leading at halftime. I’m always wary of betting against Tom Brady, but there’s definitely something off in Tampa Bay right now and this is an opportunity to take advantage. The Bucs have gone 2-5 against the first-half spread so far this season and while the Ravens haven’t exactly dominated first-half spreads at 3-3, I’m bullish on Baltimore’s defense and its ability to shut down Tom Brady and the Bucs offense. If XFL great P.J. Walker could move the football against Tampa Bay’s defense, I’m assuming Lamar Jackson will be able to find success against them on a short week as well.

Lucy Burdge: Ravens -1.5
I’m very concerned about the state of Tom Brady and the Buccaneers, so I’m inclined to take the Ravens to cover this spread. Tampa Bay has failed to cover the spread in their last five games and I have no idea how they’re going to get it together in this short week in time to compete with the Ravens and Lamar Jackson. While coaching Baltimore, John Harbaugh is 26-6 ATS after failing to cover the spread in at least four of the last six games (Baltimore has failed to cover in four straight and is 2-5 ATS overall), so I think the Ravens have a great opportunity to break their own losing streak ATS and cover against the struggling Buccaneers.

Brad Pinkerton: Under 46

There will be fantasy superstars on offense for both squads Thursday night and yet these teams are a combined 3-11 O/U this season despite all that offensive potential. Baltimore (2-5 O/U) has hit the under in four straight games, seeing an average total of just 41.5 in that span, while Tampa (1-6 O/U) has gone under in three straight, averaging 14.0 ppg in that stretch. Overall, the Bucs are averaging (and allowing) just 17.7 points per game on the season. Plus, Baltimore's Gus Edwards (knee), Rashod Bateman (foot) and, mainly, Mark Andrews (knee) are all questionable for TNF. Even if they all play, I expect points to be at a premium Thursday night.
