Dan Karpuc: Vikings -3.5 at Dolphins
The Dolphins will turn to third-string quarterback Skylar Thompson since both Tua Tagovailoa and Teddy Bridgewater are injured. Miami got absolutely manhandled by the Jets, 40-17, after Thompson relieved Bridgewater last week and the Vikings profile better on both sides of the football. Minnesota has failed to cover the spread in each of their last four games, but with Kirk Cousins, Dalvin Cook, Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen all healthy and producing, they have enough firepower to crush this already-struggling Miami defense. It’s also worth mentioning that Tyreek Hill is banged up and probably won't be at 100-percent if he plays. Give me the Vikings to cover on Sunday and keep an eye on Cook, who will play his first game ever in his hometown of Miami. I’m going to be betting over most of his rushing props based on presumed game script and what New York did to this Miami defense on the ground last week.

Lucy Burdge: Buccaneers -8 at Steelers
The Buccaneers will try to avoid losing a third game this season when they go up against the 1-4 Steelers and think they’ll easily be able to cover this spread. Tampa Bay covered 2.5-point spreads against the Cowboys and the Saints, while the Steelers have failed to cover the spread in their last three games, including as 14-point underdogs at Buffalo. Plus, the Buccaneers are 13-4 ATS versus teams allowing 5.65 or more yards per play over the last three years., so I like the Buccaneers to cover the spread even more.

Brad Pinkerton: Falcons +5.5 vs. 49ers
I don't know when the ATS magic will run out for Atlanta, but I'm riding until it does. The Falcons are 5-0 ATS, all as underdogs of course, and even won two of those games outright as slight 'dogs. Yet the books still wanted to give Atlanta +6.5, which I like much better, when the line opened; I'd still take +5.5 and maybe even down to +4.5 if absolutely necessary. While the Falcons have been crushing spreads, the 49ers are just 1-2 ATS on the road with very curious losses at Chicago and Denver. I'm not saying the 49ers are on upset alert again, but I do think the Falcons, who should get TE Kyle Pitts back, will keep this uncomfortably close for Jimmy G. and Co.
