The NFL is draft is actually one of the most viewed sports events of the year, and it isn't even a game. All 32 NFL teams make their selections each year from the college ranks to join their team in pursuit of a Super Bowl championship. The most coveted of these picks is obviously the first overall pick, where a team gets their choice of any player they think will help their team the most.
This is usually a quarterback, but sometimes can be a position player if their talent is overwhelming. No matter what, you know you are getting a supreme talent if you have the first overall pick in the NFL Draft.
The 2025 Draft is slated to start on Thursday, April 24, 2025, and you will be able to watch it on multiple channels such as ESPN and NFL Network. The draft spans multiple days, with Round 1 having its own exclusive night on Thursday, and ending with Round 7 on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
