No team in the AFC South has a win, and two of those teams, the Colts and Texans, even played each other in Week 1, yet all they could come away with was a 20-20 tie. The Jags had a chance to steal a win in Washington, but a late touchdown sent them home with a 28-22 loss.
So here we are, with both teams looking for their first win, and obviously praying for no more ties in the process, which is something we all would probably rather not see again.
Matt Ryan's debut for the Colts was strong, throwing for 352 yards and a touchdown, and as expected, Jonathan Taylor running it 31 times for 161 yards and a touchdown as well.
The Colts put up 517 total yards on offense, but still only managed just 20 points against the Texans though, while having the ball for 9:37 more than Houston. That's definitely a red flag, and something they can't let continue.
No matter what Ryan does, this offense has to continue to run with Taylor as much as they can. Even in a pass-happy league, having the best running back in the NFL is a reason to lean more towards the run given his chance for big plays every time he touches the ball.

There's a lot of hype (deserved or not) surrounding this Jags team. Some of it may just be because they have a real NFL head coach now, but there's also some talent to go along with it.
Trevor Lawrence went 24-for-42 for 275 yards with a touchdown and pick, and clicked with new WR Christian Kirk, who led all receivers with 117 yards on 6 catches from 12 targets.
The Colts will also likely get a solid dose on the ground from Jacksonville too, after their 123 yards rushing in Washington. That only came on 18 carries, with Travis Etienne averaging 11.8 yards per carry. He finished with 47 yards on just four carries, so you can expect to see more of him against Indy. James Robinson added 11 carries for 66 yards, so this two-headed monster in the backfield clearly has the potential to be a serious problem for teams as the season goes on.

Sure they had issues against the Texans, but let's also remember the Jags were the ones that knocked the Colts out of the playoffs the last year. There's extra motivation here, and the division-favorites in Indy should come out looking sharper against Jacksonville.
