5-Star Review: Navy Plays Cincinnati Tough

Navy Does Navy Things, BetQL Cashes Again

Navy even had the lead at one point, 10-7, because the Bearcats really struggled to find the end zone in the first half of the game.

The full game spread was Navy +28.5, and as you can imagine, this was also an incredibly easy cover. Is it possible that the sportsbooks just lined this game completely wrong? I mean, these numbers aren't even in the stratosphere of where the game ended at. A 27-20 Bearcat victory covered the spread by three TDs.

Navy Keeps It Close

We have all seen this story before a million times. Navy is just Ione of those teams that always has the other team on upset alert because of their style of play. They don't make it easy on anyone, and their triple-option offense is one that many players have never played against before, giving them a huge advantage right out of the gates in the game.

Navy could have easily upset Cincinnati Saturday, and had plenty of chances to do so. They only trailed by three at the half, and they scored the last 10 points of the game in a valiant effort to make a comeback. It came up short, and dropped the team to 1-6 on the year.

The Bearcats continue their rampage across the college football landscape, looking to be the first AAC team to ever make the college football playoff. I get Navy is always a tough out, but they will have to play much better if they want to stay undefeated.
