Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker has not only led his team to a 6-0 start, but the Vounteers have beaten four Top-25 AP opponents and scored 30+ points in all of their games so far.

No other team in the history of college football has done that.

En route to a thrilling 52-49 upset win over Bama, Hooker went 21-for-30 passing for 385 yards with five touchdowns compared to one interception and added 56 rushing yards. On the season, he’s completed 70% of his passes for 1,817 passing yards, 15 touchdowns, that one interception and has also taken 59 carries for 287 yards and three rushing scores.

As a result, he’s now the main threat to Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud, who has had the shortest odds to win the award since the offseason. While he's still as long at +600 at BetMGM, he's all the way down at +200 at BetRivers, but his odds have gotten shorter across the board after his electric performance on Saturday.

Stroud has completed 70.6% of his passes for 1,737 yards with 24 touchdowns and three interceptions while leading the Buckeyes to a perfect 6-0 start.
