If you don’t believe that Akron is the worst Division I college football team, this might convince you. Somehow, this is true:
Akron is 0-10 ATS so far this season.
That’s right. Not only are the Zips winless, but they’ve gone 0-10 against the spread. That’s very, very difficult to do. Eastern Michigan blew them out 42-14 last week and easily covered the 17-point spread and over Akron’s last five games, they’ve been outscored 173-23. Miami (OH) has gone 6-4 ATS this season and has won and covered each of their last four games which contributed to the 31-point spread in this contest.
