The #Titans are making a QB change. Ryan Tannehill has been informed he’ll get the start Sunday against the #Chargers, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. Former No. 2 overall pick Marcus Mariota goes to the bench.

It appears as though the Marcus Mariota era is over in Tennessee. Ryan Tannehill will start against the Chargers this week.
Going into last week’s game against the Broncos, Mariota hadn’t thrown a single interception, but he will pulled due to ineffective play and was picked off twice. He has been sacked an NFL-high 25 times so far and had three sub-200 yard passing games in his six starts.
It appears as though tight end Delanie Walker is on board with the change.
Delanie Walker on Ryan Tannehill: Ryan was an elite QB in this league not longer than a year ago. He can take over a team. He can make plays. #Titans

It will be fascinating to see if the line will move before Sunday. Shortly after the news was announced, the Titans were two-point favorites.
