Houston: We Have A Problem? 

Davis Mills was selected as a long-term project by the Houston Texans in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft, with both Deshaun Watson and Tyrod Taylor ahead of him on the depth chart.

With Watson away from the team due to the serious allegations made against him and Taylor now on the IR, he will start Thursday’s game against the Carolina Panthers.

FanDuel is giving him a 220.5 passing yardage over/under, but BetQL’s model is projecting that he will throw for just 180 yards with a touchdown and an interception. 

Relieving Taylor in Week 2, Mills went 8-18 passing for 102 yards, a touchdown and an interception in an inefficient outing.
