• Taylor Heinicke Under 215.5 passing yards (-115, DraftKings)
• Taylor Heinicke Under 219.5 passing yards + INT (+145, DraftKings)

Despite often jumping out to big leads and forcing teams to play catch-up with the pass, Philly still sports the No. 2 pass D. That's bad news for Heinicke, whose yardage totals have been erratic in his three games on the way to averaging 209.7 yards per game against the Packers (201; probably the closest comp to Philly's pass D), Colts (279) and Vikings (149). He has also thrown a pick in each game, while the Eagles have 12 INTs through eight games. The under on Henicke's passing yards looks good on DraftKings, and you can get even more value by parlaying with an INT for +145 odds (add at least one more SGP leg for at least a 20% profit boost on DK's Stepped-Up SGP promotion).

• Dallas Goedert Under 47.5 receiving yards (-115, DraftKings)

Eagles TE Dallas Goedert is coming off a 100-yard receiving game against the Texans and is now averaging 65.1 yards per game, so this is a slam-dunk over, right? Not so fast. The Washington pass D is meh, but it's really good at one thing -- limiting TEs. The Commanders are allowing just 33.0 receiving yards per game to the position and Goedert managed just 26 yards against them in Week 3 (though he is the only TE to score against Washington), so Monday night's matchup could be another struggle for the Eagles tight end.

• DeVonta Smith anytime TD (+200, FanDuel)

Though the Commanders are stingy against TEs, they have also allowed 16 passing TDs, so somebody could be catching 'em for Philly Monday night. While A.J. Brown is always a solid bet, I don't see much value in his odds, so I'd look at DeVonta Smith (+200, FanDuel), who had eight catches for 169 yards and a score last time against Washington.
