Marcus Mariota’s Most Impressive Stat

Could this finally be Marcus Mariota’s year? 

Although the Tennessee Titans are 2-2, Mariota is off to the best statistical start of his NFL career, throwing for 933 yards with seven touchdowns and no interceptions. 

What’s hindered his ability to thrive even more has been the play of his offensive line. They allowed four, four and nine sacks in the first three games of the year, respectively. But, they figured things out in a 24-10 victory over the Atlanta Falcons last week, allowing no sacks. 

This week, they’ll get star tackle Taylor Lewan (suspension) back as well. Nonetheless, Mariota’s ability to perform under pressure bodes well for his future success.
