Chargers Allowing Melvin Gordon To Seek Trade

It's now clear that Gordon's time in San Diego is over

It appears as though Melvin Gordon’s days with the San Diego Chargers are numbered.

In 12 games last season, Gordon amassed 885 rushing yards, 490 receiving yards and 14 total touchdowns. He will undoubtedly be desired by many teams, but it remains to be seen if any will pull the trigger due to his contract desires.

The Chargers are listed at -6.5 against the Indianapolis Colts (now without Andrew Luck) in Week 1. It appears as though Austin Ekeler and Justin Jackson will receive the brunt of the carries for San Diego.
