On Thursday, new broke that the Arizona Cardinals signed wide receiver Michael Crabtree to a one-year deal.
Sources: The #AZCardinals are closing in on a deal with veteran FA WR Michael Crabtree. He visited a few weeks ago, didn’t agree to terms, but it is almost there this time. Some savvy help in the passing game.

As a member of the Baltimore Ravens last season, Crabtree hauled in 54 receptions on 100 targets for 607 yards and three touchdowns. It remains to be seen where he will fit into Kliff Kingsbury’s offense, but it appears as though he could challenge Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk for targets.
The Cardinals are currently +6.5 point underdogs in their Week 1 matchup on the road against the Minnesota Vikings.
