One player has been particularly popular in the market, both by bet count and betting handle, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (+1300).

Allen came in a distant second for MVP last season, behind Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers, but many are bullish on the Wyoming product’s chances of taking home the hardware in 2021.

He is receiving 9% of the bets at FD and 13% of the handle, both the most in the market. The Bills had the No. 2 seed in the AFC this season and many are expecting more success from Buffalo.

For what it's worth, Buffalo is set to face the 22nd most difficult schedule in 2021, according to preseason win totals, which would give the Bills a favorable schedule to rack up wins.

Looking at the full list of odds, Patrick Mahomes is the favorite followed by Aaron Rodgers. While many have come to terms with the fact that he is the best quarterback in football, there could be some fatigue with Mahomes and the Chiefs this season.

Second is Rodgers, who likely isn’t receiving much attention given his status in Green Bay is up in the air. With a possible hold out in the cards, or a trade to another team, there aren’t many interested in betting on Rodgers to make it back-to-back MVP’s at +900.

After Allen, four quarterbacks are priced under +2000. Dak Prescott and Matthew Stafford are +1500, while Lamar Jackson is +1700. Tom Brady looms with the reigning Super Bowl Champion Buccaneers at +1900.

Russell Wilson is incredibly talented and was considered the front runner for the award at times last season. He is +2000 at FD. Make sure to also keep an eye on trendy dark horses in the AFC with Justin Herbert at +2000 and Baker Mayfield at +2900.

The first non-QB is Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry, who is +4000.
