Miami Dolphins vs Cleveland Browns Prediction

Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Miami Dolphins are taking on Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns at Firstenergy Stadium on Sunday, 11/24/19 at 1:00 pm. The Browns desperately need a win to keep their playoff hopes alive as the Dolphins probably have their sights set on the 2020 NFL Draft. Read our full Dolphins Browns predictions below.

The 2-8 Miami Dolphins started off the year looking like the worst NFL team of all time. However, they have won two of their last three games and aren’t nearly as bad as people expected. The Dolphins are still 31st in the league with 13.9 points per game, but in their last 3 games they have averaged 20.7 points. Another thing to note is that all the teams that have been tanking so far this season might consider winning some games now that prized prospect Tua Tagovailoa suffered a brutal hip injury. The Dolphins just lost to the Bills 37-20, but wins against the Jets and Colts show that they have what it takes to win an NFL game. The Dolphins are 5-5 against the spread this season and 5-1 against the spread in their last 6 games. 60% of the Dolphins’ games have gone Under the Total.

The 4-6 Cleveland Browns are coming off an impressive Thursday night win against their division rivals, the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, the biggest storyline from that game was defensive end Myles Garrett pulling Mason Rudolph off the ground by Mason’s helmet and then using Mason’s helmet as a weapon against the Steelers QB. Even when the Browns win they lose as it seems as though Myles Garrett will be out for at least the rest of this season. The Browns are 2-0 since getting Kareem Hunt back from suspension and the offense really seemed to click last week against a stout Pittsburgh defense as they won 21-7. The Browns are 3-6-1 against the spread and their games have gone Under the Total 60% of the time.

The Browns are favored by 10.5 points in this game at home. The Browns should be able to take care of this one as they desperately need to keep winning and the Dolphins are still one of the league’s worst teams. Nick Chubb is 3rd in the NFL in rushing yards this season so look for the Browns to utilize their running back duo heavily while also trying to get Odell more involved in the offense. At the same time this is the NFL and winning by 3 scores is not easy. The Browns have not shown they can blow anyone out. The Dolphins have shown with Fitzmagic back under center that they are going to score the football. Our Browns Dolphins prediction is a tough one do you think the Browns can actually score. We are leaning towards no and the value is on rolling with Fitzmagic. Check out BetQL to get our Best Bets and Sharp Picks.
