After embarrassing the Suns in Game 7, it will be fascinating to see how Luka Doncic and the Mavericks perform against Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and the Warriors in this series. These two teams play conflicting styles of basketball; the Mavericks play a slow, defensive brand with isolation on offense while the Warriors like to play up-tempo and move the ball around. BetQL is giving one team a clear edge in Game 1. If you’re a premium subscriber, you can see it above. If not, all you have to do is click “unlock best bet” on the widget below to get access!

The Hurricanes finished the regular season with a 54-20-8 record to clinch the Metropolitan Division, but the Rangers finished nearby at 52-24-6. With presumed Vezina Trophy winner Igor Shesterkin in net for New York, the Rangers will also rely on stars like Artemi Panarin, Chris Kreider and Mike Zibanejad up front and Adam Fox and Jacob Trouba in the back. Backup Carolina goaltender Antii Raanta was great in the first round against the Bruins, but starter Frederik Anderson should make his return at some point in this series. Although the Canes might not have as much star power as the Rangers, they’re a cohesive bunch and eliminated the Rangers in the first round of the 2020 playoffs, so there will be some bad blood!

This will be a matchup between two quality teams with different philosophies. Max Scherzer (4-1, 2.66 ERA) will start for the home team Mets while flamethrower Jordan Hicks (1-3, 4.15 ERA) will be the opener for the Cardinals. Will Paul Goldschmidt, Nolan Arenado and St. Louis pull off the upset or will Scherzer shut down the Cards and get run support from Pete Alonso and company? This is clearly the best baseball game of the day, so be sure to check out the model’s best bets!
