In either case, PointsBet will refund your very first wager should it lose - up to $500 - in site credit within 24 hours. Site credit must be used within seven days of receipt, on markets of $1.50 (-200) or more odds, are not included in winnings and cannot be withdrawn.
Example
You deposit $75. On your very first fixed odd bet (or PointsBet), you wager $50 and lose. PointsBet will add $50 in site credit to your account. Your account will now have $50 in site credit and $25 in cash. Let’s say you place a $50 bet, using your site credit, to win $100 and hit. Your site credit will not be returned, leaving you with $50 in cash winnings.
