In case anyone forgot, Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert is considered a top prospect for a reason. Although he hasn’t been in the Heisman conversation due to the eye-popping numbers of others, Herbert has been remarkable, completing 74.4 percent of his passes for 1,127 yards, 14 touchdowns and no interceptions through four games.
