Oregon was completely outplayed for most of their Week 4 contest at Washington State, but scored 21 points in the final two minutes of the game to stun the home team (and home crowd).
Ducks quarterback Bo Nix threw for 428 yards and three touchdowns and Oregon amassed 626 yards of offense in the victory.
After an embarrassing 49-3 loss to Georgia in Week 1, Oregon picked up easy wins over Eastern Washington and BYU before mounting this comeback to get to 3-1 overall. This outburst late in the fourth quarter on the road proved that this team can put up points in a hurry, so if you’re backing Oregon to cover the spread moving forward (even as an underdog… the back door will be open), this outcome is something to remember.
