Alabama, Ohio State Beat Out Georgia in College Football Preseason Coaches Poll

They may have just won the national championship, but Georgia is not ranked No. 1 in one preseason list.

The USA Today coaches preseason poll was released on Monday and Georgia came in at No. 3 behind No. 1 Alabama and No. 2 Ohio State. Last season, Ohio State came so close to winning the Big Ten championship for the first time since 2016, and Alabama lost to Georgia in the CFP title game. Alabama got 54 of the 65 first-place votes for this poll, while Ohio State received five and Georgia received six.

Alabama's consensus odds to win the national championship this season are +176, Ohio State's are +300 and Georgia's are +379. So the Bulldogs are third on this list as well.
