Dan Karpuc: Raptors (+8.5) at Nets

This is one of the bets featured in today's Top 3 Underdog Picks article. James Harden, Kevin Durant and the Nets (19-8) are clear favorites against the Raptors (13-14) for many reasons, but there are a couple reasons to back Toronto at +8.5. Brooklyn has gone just 3-9 ATS at home this season and hasn’t covered in seven consecutive contests at Barclays Center. Meanwhile, Toronto has gone 7-5 ATS on the road and the BetQL NBA Model is projecting the Raptors at +7 in this matchup.

Brad Pinkerton: Warriors -195 at Knicks

The Knicks are a mess right now, losing their last three games and six of their last seven, while covering just once in the last six. The Warriors are not a mess right now, which is enough to negate the fact that they're playing the second game of a back-to-back tonight (as Nick Ashooh pointed out, that's not a big deal for Golden State). I'm taking the Warriors to win straight up in The Garden as Steph Curry passes Ray Allen on the all-time 3-pointers list, and I will likely double-down on the Warriors spread if it gets anywhere close to the opening line of -3.5.

Lucy Burdge: Warriors-Knicks Under 211.5

The Warriors are 7-19 on the O/U and the Knicks are 12-15 O/U, so based on the O/U track records for these two teams, I see the under hitting tonight. The Knicks are also only averaging 106.5 points scored per game and have hit two consecutive unders, while the Warriors have hit three consecutive unders and are playing the second game of a back-to-back, so I’m feeling a low-scoring scoring game here.

Nick Ashooh: Blazers +1.5 vs. Suns

The Suns are just 1-4 ATS on the second game of back-to-backs this year, and they are scoring five fewer points per game on those nights with no rest in between. Add that to the fact that Phoenix will be without Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton, and Portland is a strong home underdog play given that small spread.
