The Bucks are heavy, heavy favorites here and it's no surprise this is the case. It's tough to root against Giannis Antetokounmpo and this Bucks team, who fell to the Celtics in the playoffs last season. There are also a few rumors involving the Bucks and Kyrie Irving, but no matter what they do this offseason, this team is rightfully favored.

Bulls +400
DeMar DeRozan just had a monster time with LeBron James in the Drew League, where he scored 30 points, so he's not slowing down at all ahead of next season. After falling to the Bucks in the playoffs this season, they'll certainly be looking to go further into the postseason this time around. While their odds have quite a bit of distance from the Bucks, it's possible DeRozan can lead this team to keep pace with Giannis.

Cavaliers +700
It could be a "new uniforms, new you" situation for the Cavaliers, though they had an exciting year last season. They only lasted until the play-in tournament, but this means they could be extra motivated here. They started the last season 35-22 and they could improve on that this year and once again strive to defy expectations.

The Pacers were unable to acquire Deandre Ayton, they just sent Malcolm Brogdon to the Celtics and reports are swirling that they could move Myles Turner. They're coming off missing the playoffs for the second season in a row so they are gearing up for a potential rebuild this season. Watch out for any odds movement here as their offseason unfolds.

The Pistons' odds are at the very bottom of the barrel here as Cade Cunningham and Co. will be looking to improve on last season when they missed the playoffs for the third consecutive year. And Cunningham recently said the team is hungry this season for success and he's excited to play with rookie and fellow No. 1-overall pick Jaden Ivey, so maybe they can make a push.

The Bulls have a lot of promise this year and with these odds, I see a ton of value here for them to win the division. DeRozan's Drew League performance was certainly promising and Alex Caruso is really happy to be in Chicago, so the vibes seem high for this team make a run this season.
